The Redevelopment Agency will discuss plans and the specifications today for the off-site improvements needed at Burch Ford (at the southwest corner of Harbor and La Habra boulevards). They will also waive the formal bidding process and award the contract to the Gates Development Company for $139,458. The session will take place at 7 p.m. at City Hall, 201 E. La Habra Blvd., La Habra.
