Fluor Daniel to Build Facility in Portugal

Fluor Daniel, the engineering and construction unit of Fluor Corp. in Aliso Viejo, said Thursday that it has been awarded a $20.8-million contract for the engineering, procurement and construction of a hydrogen desulfurization facility in Portugal. The contract, awarded by Petrogal, an oil refining company, is Fluor’s first lump-sum turnkey job in Portugal and its first time working with Petrogal.
