Crown Realty Buys 2 Brea Office Buildings

Crown Realty & Development, an Irvine real estate developer, said Friday it has acquired an office complex in Brea for $25 million from Legacy Partners Inc. in Irvine. The complex on Imperial Highway consists of a pair of two-story buildings. One is a largely vacant 105,000-square-foot building, the other is a 90,000-square-foot structure that serves as headquarters for mineral water company Perrier Group of North America. Crown also said it paid $8 million to buy a Colorado Springs, Colo., office building on 13 acres.
