Drowning Boy, 3, Saved by Passersby

A drowning 3-year-old boy was rescued and revived Tuesday by two passersby, authorities said. Pilimilose Lula of Buena Park was visiting relatives at a Beach Boulevard hotel when employee Wanda Barnett and guest Ricardo Beltran of Arizona spotted him unconscious in the pool about 6 p.m. They gave him mouth-to-mouth resuscitation until he regained consciousness.
