Calvary Chapel Guard Commits to Utah

Tim Drisdom, a 6-foot-3 guard who led Downey Calvary Chapel to the Southern Section Division V-AA championship last season, has made a verbal commitment to Utah.
Drisdom, who will be a senior this fall, averaged 25 points, 9.5 rebounds and nine assists for the Grizzlies in 2000-01. He was the Division V-AA co-player of the year.
Calvary Chapel finished with a 28-5 record and defeated Malibu Kilpatrick in the title game.
