2 Analysts Cut Earnings Outlook for Disney

Two analysts cut their earnings estimates for Walt Disney Co. a day after the company said weakness in the advertising market would continue into its fourth quarter.
Goldman Sachs analyst Richard Simon cut his outlook on Disney’s fiscal 2001 earnings per share to 78 cents from 82 cents. And ABN Amro analyst Spencer Wang cut his forecast for Disney’s fiscal 2002 earnings per share to 87 cents from 90 cents.
