Chamber Plans Forum for Council Candidates

The Ventura Chamber of Commerce Political Action Committee will sponsor a public forum this month for City Council candidates.
The forum is scheduled for 7 p.m. Aug. 23 at Wedgewood Banquet Center, 5880 Olivas Park Drive, in Ventura.
Candidates will compete in November for four seats on the seven-member council.
All candidates who qualify for the ballot are invited to speak.
