Dozens Sue Developer Alleging Home Defects

Dozens of San Bernardino County homeowners filed suit Wednesday accusing a developer of building houses that are plagued with construction defects and mold.
The lawsuit, filed in San Bernardino County Superior Court, seeks unspecified damages that would cover the cost of repairs to 58 homes in Mentone, near Redlands.
The developer, JMS Boulder Creek LLC, could not be reached.
