Outlook for 2001

The Southern California Chapter of the National Assn. of Industrial and Office Properties will present its outlook for Southern California’s commercial real estate markets at 2001--a Real Estate Odyssey on Thursday at MGM Plaza, 2501 Colorado Ave., Santa Monica. Speakers will include Peter Adams, a senior vice president at Equity Office Properties Trust; Dougall Agan, a principal at Stirling; Dick Cannon, president and chief executive of Watson Land Co.; Jeff Cole, a senior vice president at Trammell Crow; Victor Coleman, president and CEO of Arden Realty Inc.; Bill Gaboury, president of Shea Properties; Bill Halford, president of the Irvine Office Co.; Brad Hillgren, president of Lowe Enterprises Commercial Group; and Barney Page, director of real estate for C.J.
