* McDonald’s Corp. said it tapped insider Matthew Paull to succeed retiring Chief Financial Officer Michael Conley, effective immediately. Paull, 49, has been a senior vice president for finance at McDonald’s since 1999. Conley, 53, has been CFO since 1996 and retires after 26 years with the company. McDonald’s launched the search for a successor when he announced plans to retire in March.
