Instant Karma Gets Preservationists

From Times Wire Reports

A wrecking crew that was supposed to demolish a historic house in Miami instead plowed a bulldozer into the headquarters of a group that had tried for months to preserve the home next door.

“It was an accident,” said Jesus Ramos, bulldozer operator and owner of Shark Wrecking.

The Dade Heritage Trust had failed to save the 102-year-old home of pioneer doctor James M. Jackson, located next door to the trust’s headquarters. Then the bulldozer operator made a wrong turn.
