Seminar for Buyers, Sellers Craig McConnachie, a loan representative from Guild Mortgage, and Yvonne Casagrande, a manager of Chicago Title Escrow, will present a seminar for home buyers and sellers. Attendees will be able to obtain a free credit report and loan pre-approval.

Walking Tour of Colleges
Claremont Heritage will present a walking tour of the six Claremont Colleges, known as “Oxford in the Orange Belt.” The tour will focus on the two older schools, Pomona College and Scripps College for Women, and will include Claremont Graduate School, Claremont McKenna College, Harvey Mudd College and Pitzer College.
Location: Starting at Seaver House, 305 N. College Ave., Claremont.
Time: 9:30 a.m. to noon.
Cost: $8, purchased at the starting point; reservations suggested.
