In other high school baseball games:
Newbury Park 6, Northglenn (Colo.) 5--Steve Hartman scored an unearned run in the seventh inning to cap a come-from-behind nonleague victory for the Panthers (7-3-1) at Newbury Park.
Hartman broke a 5-5 tie when shortstop Ryan Weil threw the ball away at third while trying to pick off Hartman, who rounded the base after advancing from second on a fielding error by Weil.
Newbury Park scored five runs in the sixth on a two-run double by David Hicks, a two-run home run by Doug Webb and a solo home run by Grant Davis.
Van Nuys 2, Reseda 1--Junior Avila pitched a five-hitter with seven strikeouts and the Wolves (1-9, 1-2) won a Valley Mission League game at Van Nuys Sherman Oaks Park.
BOYS’ TENNIS
Agoura 10, Camarillo 8--Chris Wilkinson and Matt Ralyea won a 7-0 tiebreaker over Ryan Carroll and Kevin Lee to give the Chargers (5-3) a nonleague victory at Camarillo.
