Ollie Martin has resigned as girls’ basketball coach at Mater Dei, and has been replaced by the school’s athletic director, Geri Campeau.
Campeau has been with the program the last nine seasons, specializing in defense. She was the head coach for one season, 1997-98.
Martin was head coach for three seasons, his 51-30 overall record skewed by this year’s 7-18 mark. Mater Dei did not make the playoffs.
Martin, a world history teacher on campus and an avid golfer, said he will replace Campeau as the girls’ golf coach.
