Endowment Created for Proposed Museum

Founders of the Ventura County Discovery Center announced establishment of a permanent endowment to help fund the proposed $70-million science museum in Thousand Oaks.
The Discovery Center for Science and Technology Education Endowment Fund will be administered by the Ventura County Community Foundation.
The facility is planned as a cornerstone of a redevelopment project proposed for Thousand Oaks Boulevard. Interested donors may call 494-4695 for information.
