“Making of My Fair Lady: More Loverly Than Ever” (6 tonight, AMC) is more about the restoration of the 1964 George Cukor-directed musical than it is about the making of the movie. Airing a bit later in the evening are Rex Harrison and Audrey Hepburn as Henry Higgins and Eliza Doolittle in the newly restored “My Fair Lady,” (9:45 p.m., AMC).
