Van Nuys Grant 46, North Hollywood 21--Sophomore Anthony Dixon rushed for 255 yards and scored three touchdowns to give visiting Grant (5-3, 4-0) control of the Sunset Six League race.
Dixon scored first on a 19-yard run with 2:22 left in the first quarter, one play after teammate Oscar Gonzalez recovered a North Hollywood (4-4, 3-1) fumble.
Julius Roberts threw a 16-yard touchdown pass to Matthew Morris to give Grant a 14-0 lead. Roberts added a one-yard touchdown run to stretch Grant’s lead to 21-0. Roberts completed six of eight passes for 142 yards and also rushed for 61 yards.
