Hearing on Crystal Cove Evictions Is Postponed

A court hearing set for today on whether parks officials wrongly evicted tenants from Crystal Cove State Park’s historic district has been postponed until Dec. 6.
The Crystal Cove Community Trust said the state Department of Parks and Recreation violated the California Environmental Quality Act in July when it evicted the residents of the 46 beach cottages.
