Council to Meet on Home Ranch Hearings

In a special session Monday, the City Council will discuss how to conduct public hearings on the Home Ranch project.
The project comprises 93 acres of lima bean fields and an old ranch between Sunflower Avenue, the San Diego Freeway, Fairview Road and Harbor Boulevard. The session will begin at 4:30 p.m. in the police auditorium, 99 Fair Drive.
