Hearing Scheduled on El Toro Airport Report

A public hearing is set for Tuesday on the environmental impact report for a proposed airport at the former El Toro Marine Corps base.
The meeting will begin at 9:30 a.m. with a presentation by Gary Simon, head of the El Toro planning agency. Public comments will follow at 1 p.m.
The hearing will be in the Board of Supervisors hearing room, 10 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana.
