Four men who broke into a mess hall at Camp Pendleton and videotaped themselves having a food fight pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of trespassing in federal court.
Travis Delgadillo, 24, and Peter Marshall, 35, both of Los Angeles; Steve Esteves, 24, of Oceanside; and Brett Jensen, 24, of Huntington Beach, face up to six months in prison and a $5,000 fine when sentenced next week for the late night incident April 4.
They allegedly used Delgadillo’s expired ID card from a stint in the Marines to gain admission to the base. They said when they were arrested that they wanted to show that security at the base was lax.
