Kmart Corp. will delay the release of its fourth-quarter and full-year earnings as a result of its Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing, the company said.
Earnings had been scheduled to be released Tuesday. Kmart plans instead to release them when it files its annual 10-K report in April.
Shares of Kmart, which filed for Chapter 11 on Jan. 22, fell 2 cents to close at $1.09 on the NYSE.
