Corinthian to Buy National School of Tech

Corinthian Colleges Inc. said it agreed to acquire National School of Technology, which operates three campuses in the Miami area. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Corinthian, which is based in Santa Ana and operates 58 colleges, said it expects to complete the transaction in the fiscal fourth quarter ending June 30.
National has about 1,930 students. Corinthian’s stock closed at $46.90, down $2.10, on Nasdaq.
