From Times Wire Reports
A 9-year-old blind and deaf girl was critically injured when she tumbled from a third-floor window in Chicago. Authorities said she had been tied to a radiator and somehow broke free.
The girl, whose name was not released, was listed in critical condition at Children’s Memorial Hospital, spokeswoman Maggie Long said.
Officers were called to the scene after a neighbor saw the child lying on the pavement in back of the building Sunday evening.
