Educator to Speak on War Internees

A college administrator who helped gain reparations for Japanese Americans who were incarcerated during World War II will speak today in Oxnard.
Gordon Nakagawa, director of equity and diversity at Cal State Northridge, will speak from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Oxnard Public Library, 251 South A St.
Nakagawa will share narratives from Japanese interned during World War II.
