Gang Member Arrested in Stabbing Outside Mall

A 19-year-old Ventura gang member was arrested in the stabbing of a man outside Pacific View mall after an argument in the center continued in the parking lot, authorities said Friday.
Rafael Hernandez was taken into custody Thursday afternoon at his place of work on Ventura Avenue on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon.
He is being held in Ventura County Jail on bail of $25,000.
The victim, a 22-year-old from Ventura, suffered minor injuries.
