A former Salvation Army worker was arrested and charged with stealing about $30,000 worth of Christmas toys for needy children.
Orville S. Walters Jr., 51, was arrested at the public defender’s office after he apparently turned himself in, Louisville police spokeswoman Helene Kramer said.
