From Times Wire Reports
Police released a teenager who was questioned about whether he helped a 19-year-old college student bomb a crowded mall north of Helsinki, the Finnish capital, killing seven.
The unidentified 17-year-old had been arrested on preliminary charges of assisting in a grievous act of destruction.
But investigators said they believe that Petri Gerdt, a chemical engineering student, acted alone in the explosion last Friday. Gerdt died in the blast, and his motive is unknown.
