Flu Bug Has Hundreds Seeking Hospital Care

Hundreds in the San Joaquin Valley, many of them children, have the nastiest flu bug seen in years, hospital officials said.
The waiting room at Madera County’s Children’s Hospital Central California was packed last weekend.
A hospital spokeswoman said the hospital had seen 478 children with flu in the last three weeks.
