1 Killed, 1 Injured in Artesia Freeway Wreck

One person was killed and another injured Saturday in a multi-vehicle crash involving a big rig on the Artesia Freeway, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The crash in the westbound lanes at Beach Boulevard was reported at 9:34 a.m.
The injured person was transported to La Palma Intercommunity Hospital, authorities said.
