Favorite things about Safari West

I liked your article about Safari West very much [“In Wine Country, Savoring a Hint of Africa,” Weekend Escape, April 3].
I have been to Safari West a couple of times, and you left out some details that could have made the story better. The first detail is Catfish Lake. Some nights you can feed them, and they come right up to the surface so you can see them try to get the food.
The second detail you left out was Delilah, the horn-billed bird. Delilah’s wings are clipped so she cannot fly away. She hops around the main eating area; sometimes she tries to steal your food.
The third detail was Lemur Island, where probably 10 lemurs are free on an island with plenty of toys and trees they can swing on.
The things in your article and the things I mentioned are why I like Safari West so much.
