From Times Staff and Wire Reports
A judge dismissed charges against an elementary school teacher who honked her car horn in support of peace protesters.
The case against Diane Darrow of Novato was dismissed last week.
Tiburon police now say they’ll drop tickets issued to two other honkers.
In May, Darrow passed a small group of people who have held an hourlong peace vigil against the war in Iraq every Friday since March 2003.
Darrow honked in a show of support as she had done several times but was ticketed for unnecessary honking.
