A June 19 Accountability Corner looked back at predictions about the Michael Jackson trial, including two statements by O’Reilly. Last year, he said:

“You’re not going to get Jackson off by saying the mother was a loony.”

After the verdict, he said:

“The mother, as we know now, was Michael Jackson’s best defense.”

Responding to seeing those two quotes, O’Reilly said:

“And then you can take things out of context, like the L.A. Times did. Mr. Soller, the Accountability Corner! He’s just a dishonest jerk.”
