Former PR Executive Again Sues Firm

A former executive with Fleishman-Hillard has sued the public relations firm, seeking to have the company pay “substantial” legal bills he has incurred fighting charges that he directed employees to pad bills to the city of Los Angeles.
Douglas R. Dowie, who sued Fleishman-Hillard in March for wrongful termination, filed a new lawsuit Monday that repeats his claim that he did nothing wrong but says the firm is responsible for his legal bills because his actions were taken with the firm’s knowledge and acquiescence.
