An upgraded CD version of Bruce Springsteen’s “Born to Run” will be the centerpiece of a boxed set due from Columbia Records on Nov. 15 to mark the 30th anniversary of the landmark album’s release.
The package will also include two DVDs: a complete two-hour-plus 1975 concert by Springsteen and the E Street Band in London and a new 90-minute documentary on the making of “Born to Run.” The documentary includes interviews with Springsteen and others who worked on the album, footage of the recording sessions and clips of Springsteen performing three songs at Los Angeles’ Ahmanson Theatre in 1973.
