Hope of a home

Re “Back to location, location, location,” Nov. 26
“The great real estate boom is dead.” Thank you! This is what I have been waiting to hear for a while now.
This alone allows people like myself, about to graduate from college, the hope of buying a house in the future. Before, the prices and rising rates were so ridiculous that I never thought I would be able to afford a house. Now there is some hope, and who knows, maybe the price of real estate will come down. But that might be too much to ask for.
