Driver arrested after entering an offramp

A motorist was arrested early Saturday after entering an offramp of the Garden Grove Freeway and striking a car, officials said. The 6:40 a.m. incident occurred near Devon Road, south of La Veta Avenue.
The driver, whose name was not released, struck an unoccupied, parked car, according to the California Highway Patrol. There were no injuries, a CHP dispatcher said.
