Man Found Slain Was Shot to Death

A 38-year-old man was found shot to death in an alley early Saturday.
Police responding to a call at 5:30 a.m. in the 800 block of Center Street found Andres Noberto Hernandez Roxon dead with multiple wounds.
Police said the shooting did not appear to be gang-related.
