Henkel Unit Sells Armour to Pinnacle

Germany’s Henkel said its Dial Corp. unit had sold its Armour Foods business, which produces canned meat and prepared meals, for $183 million to Pinnacle Foods Corp.
Cherry Hill, N.J.-based Pinnacle Foods’ brands include Lender’s bagels, Swanson frozen dinners and Log Cabin syrup. Dial is based in Scottsdale, Ariz.
