4 North Koreans Seek Refuge at U.S. Consulate

Four North Koreans seeking asylum have entered a U.S. diplomatic mission in China, South Korea’s Chosun Ilbo newspaper reported.
It did not say when the four unidentified asylum seekers entered the U.S. consulate in the northeastern Chinese city of Shenyang. Six other North Koreans arrived in the United States this month.
