* Delta Air Lines Inc. Chief Executive Gerald Grinstein, 74, said he would leave the company after it exited bankruptcy protection.
* Fair Isaac Corp., which provides FICO credit scores used by millions of Americans to obtain loans, said it sued the three national credit-reporting agencies for developing a competing credit score. The antitrust lawsuit, filed in federal court in Minneapolis, seeks triple damages against Equifax Inc., Experian, TransUnion and their VantageScore Solutions joint venture.
* Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corp. and CSX Corp. plan to create a high-volume rail corridor between California and the Southeast. The service will begin as early as 2007 and initially include two trains a day in each direction.
