Bush Issues Tougher Sanctions on Sudan

President Bush signed an executive order that stiffens sanctions on Sudan in an effort to persuade the government to accept U.N. peacekeepers and stop killings of civilians in its western region of Darfur.
About 200,000 people have died and more than 2 million have been displaced in three years of fighting in Darfur.
