A former Buffalo teacher convicted of having sex with a 15-year-old female student has been ordered by a judge to leave the United States for the next three years, returning only to meet with his probation officer. The deal allows Malcolm Watson, 35, to avoid jail. He is a U.S. citizen who lives just across the border in Fort Erie, Canada.
