Cal Poly falls short, 74-66

PORTLAND, ORE. — Portland State rallied from an 11-point first half deficit and made a season-high 13 three-pointers to defeat Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, 74-66, Wednesday night.
Mickey Polis led the Vikings (7-4) with 15 points. Scott Morrison scored 12 points and grabbed 10 rebounds and Andre Murray added 10 points for Portland State. Matt Hanson paced the Mustangs (4-5) with 12 points, and Trae Clark added nine points.
Cal Poly built the 11-point advantage late in the first half with a barrage of three-pointers.
