Fullerton man killed in head-on collision

Ricky Dale Richards, 49, of Fullerton was identified Sunday as one of two people killed in a head-on collision Saturday afternoon in Fullerton.
Richards was heading west in the 900 block of East Commonwealth Avenue about 3:40 p.m. when his car was hit by a car driven by a 40-year-old Twentynine Palms woman.
She had been speeding east when she hit a truck, lost control and crossed into Richards’ lane and was killed, according to police, who did not name her.
