Woman, 38, dies in multi-vehicle crash

A woman was killed and three people injured when an alleged drunk driver caused a chain-reaction crash on Ball Road, authorities said Monday.
Patricia Montoya, 38, died at the scene.
A car driven by Frank Cuen, 35, of Chandler, Ariz., rear-ended a Honda, which spun out of control and hit two cars about 11 p.m. Sunday. Cuen’s vehicle then jumped a center divider and smashed head-on into the Chevy pickup in which Montoya was riding, authorities said.
Cuen, arrested on suspicion of vehicular manslaughter and felony driving under the influence, was in custody in lieu of $25,000 bail at Orange County Jail.
