George Michael is going to unusual lengths to promote his upcoming North American concert tour, his first in nearly 20 years.
On today’s episode of “Ellen,” the pop icon will call in to announce that members of the talk show’s studio audience will receive copies of his new CD, “Twenty-Five” and free tickets to his June 25 show in L.A. at the Forum.
A grand-prize winner will receive front-row seats at the Madison Square Garden performance July 21.
Michael’s 20-city “25-Live” excursion kicks off in San Diego June 17.
Tickets for his show in L.A. go on sale Monday.
