Omissions amount to bias

Re “Palestinian, Israeli leaders renew talks,” April 8
The Times cites as obstacles to peace talks the fate of Palestinian refugees, an Israeli “incursion” that killed more than 100 Palestinians, “many of them civilians” (what were the others?), and settlement construction in the West Bank.
There is no mention of what it is the Palestinian “militants” do to provoke the Israeli response: fire rockets indiscriminately at civilians from land Israel has vacated, deliberately hide among civilians to maximize reports of collateral damage in the Western media, and applaud the murder of Jews everywhere. How is this not bias?
