Thirteen people were arraigned Wednesday in federal court on drug charges after agents discovered what they called a large-scale indoor marijuana growing operation.
Court documents allege that Kevin Kennedy and Thomas Swift, both 48, owned or controlled the four houses where marijuana plants were found.
During raids Monday in Fallbrook, Ramona, Valley Center and Vista, drug agents allegedly found 6,448 marijuana plants. Among the defendants are Swift’s sons, Gregory, 22, and Glenn, 24, both of Valley Center.
