Police say a man accidentally shot himself in the stomach after waving his gun at another motorist in Tempe.
David Lopez, 33, was expected to survive and could face charges including disorderly conduct and felony flight, a police spokesman said. After Lopez shot himself, he tried to evade police but was arrested, the spokesman said.
